In most cases, the Scanpst.exe would run without any errors and repair the PST file.Dec 1, 2016 · I downloaded the scanpst tool for Outlook 2003 a while back . When I ran the toll I get the message that the OLMAPI32.dll is missing , try reinstalling the program. I tried running the repair function but that had no effect . I then forced it to run a check by suddenly shutting Outlook down with the CTRL ALT DEL and stopping the process. I need the english file scanpst.exe for outlook 2013. What makes you think that? There is no difference between the English and German one besides a compiled translation. There is also nothing in the script that is language depended.
